1.LONG TURN. 'How far should experts guide public decision-making?' Prepare for 1 minute, then speak for 2.

Frame → two developed angles → qualified conclusion. Do not narrate examples end-to-end.

2.LONG TURN. 'What is lost when a language disappears?'

Abstract nouns and evaluative adverbials carry the mark here.

3.DISCUSSION follow-up. 'Is nostalgia a useful emotion?' Give a two-sided answer in four sentences.

4.Self-assess your last long turn: where did you hesitate, and what language would have rescued you?

Name the exact phrase you needed.
